The night was crazy, PostMag was doing a great job in surprising all of us, albeit I was getting a little hangry waiting for the ride to take us to the secret dinner place.

I still remember the rain was heavy that night, everywhere was jam, the driver was stuck in a real terrible jam. I wasn't expecting anything, only secretly hoping that the driver arrive soonest.

We all were literally in shock when we see the car that parked in front of the building. I don't think I ever seen a real one in my life, I only see it in the movies, totally feeling like a boujee.

Our Ride for The Night

This is what I am talking about, a freaking Chrysler 300 Limousine!

I think the length is as long as a bus.

The interior is exactly same as what I saw in the movies, definitely can fit up to 12 passengers comfortably, the passenger can even chat, sing karaoke, and even drink champagne!

Chateau De Charles

The journey was really joyful, getting to know each and everyone better, we almost forgot that we are heading somewhere until the limo pull off next to a restaurant.

Chateau De Charles (CDC) is one of the restaurant located in Le Gardenz, whereby most of the food are of French or Western cuisine.

Food

1. Mushroom Soup

Uses 4 types of mushroom - shitaka, portabella, oyster mushroom and button mushroom.


2. Honey Mustard Salmon

Marinated with brown sugar and lemon and grill, topped with homemade honey mustard sauce.

3. Lava Rock Chicken Chop

Marinated with mix herbs, oven baked and grilled for smokey taste, finishing glaze with home made honey rock sugar, I like how tender this chicken chop is.


4. Beef Short Rib

Braised up for 3 hours & grill until tender with beef juice, glaze with Mediterranean BBQ sauce

1. Cupid Love

Combination of bloody orange, cranberry and grenadine, it really does open up the appetite.
