Sunfert @ Bangsar South

Sunfert was originally attached to Sunway Medical Centre, they moved out from there 2 years ago.
I like that they have a MindBody Wellness concept.
The environment is less rigid, emphasis more on cozy and informal setup specially to patients who require personalized treatment.


Spanning across 13,800 sq.ft. at Level 2 of Nexus Bangsar South, patients will first be greeted by the helpful reception at the bright and airy lobby, then they can relax over a cuppa at the gourmet coffee bar with the spectacular skyline of Kuala Lumpur while waiting.



A total of 6 Counselling Rooms and 4 Consultation Suites when you walk further into the centre. All rooms and suites are not typical hospital-setting-like room, they are all very cozy and dimly lighted, aim to help the patients to relax.

A plus point to their dedicated concierge desk for International Patients, extending their helping hands to medical tourists.

You may also noticed that the main color of the centre is orange color, even on their logo. According to them, the color orange is associated with fertility. This is something new to me.

The design of the ceiling symbolize ovum according to the staff in the centre, and of course, in orange color.

Sunfert even have their own Operating Theatre-Embryology Laboratory Clean Room complex that complies with ISO Class 7 (Class 10,000) Clean Room status to ensure a clean and sterile environment for optimum embryo development.

The day ended with laughter from the floor and more eye opening knowledge and facts about sub-fertility from the esteemed Obstetrician, Gynaecologist and Fertility Specialist - Dr. Eeson Sinthamoney.

The overall session was really joyful, to learn that life is tough, fragile, at the same time life itself is a miracle. Everyone of us is ONE in a million, live your purpose!

Every couple and patient is different, due to lifestyle, mentality and all. It is best to consult the well-trained personnel in Sunfert if you and your partner facing difficulties in conceiving.
