EAT: Casual Fine Dining in The X Bangsar

Well, The X Bangsar is the place to go, an Asian fusion restaurant and bar that serves fusion food and creative cocktail, and you can walk in with just t-shirt and sandals. No dress code and nobody gonna judge you.
Easily located at the heart of Bangsar, along the shop lot right opposite Bangsar Village II, so park your car there and just walk over.

Appetizer
The smoked duck slice is tender and juicy, and the strawberries definitely does a sweet twist to this salad.
Very rich with the flavour of lobster, I liked the charcoal bread, I dipped it in the soup and munch on it. After all it is casual fine dining right?
Snacks
A quick bite can never go wrong when you are sipping alcohol with your friends.We were all dumbfounded when we see the portion of the snack, it was as huge as main course.
Main
The meat was perfectly cooked, I like that it's slightly charred on the side, also love the black pepper sauce that goes with it, very flavourful but not too hot.
I like their avocado and smoked salmon that come in big chunk, the generous amount of roe definitely spices up the pizza.
It is not a fusion cafe until you see something non-Western being served.
Bear in mind this is not the usual Sushi you eat in an ordinary Japanese restaurant, it was lightly fried, so it was served warm and crispy on the outside.

A glass of cocktail after happy tummy, over some fresh beats, as they do feature different DJs on selected days.

I like to enjoy my Whisky on the rock usually, but this Single Malt Whisky + Lime totally nailed it.
